Tired Tuesday!

Language Arts:
This morning in language Arts we tried to fit a lot of things in before heading to double specials. In Vocabulary Vine we added two new word parts to our every growing list of new vocabulary. In class we practiced the inflected endings of ing and ed with our spelling words. We also reviewed and practiced singular and plural nouns, listened to our read a loud, and squeezed in 15 minutes of independent reading time.

Social Studies:
Today in Social Studies we discussed 4 different Young American Indians. They were from the Taos, the Iowas and the Mahkahs. We also filled out a chart in our interactive workbook. This is a great resource for our test next Monday. Study guides were passed out today. It is a good idea to start to study early.

Homework:
***Our test is on Monday, Nov. 9

Until tomorrow...
