Just one more week...It is hard to believe! One half our year will be over in just 5 more days! I know next week will fly by. We have a busy week planned!
Thank you so much to every one who donated items for our "Sponsor A Family." We collected a lot of gifts and I am certain that we will make several youngsters very happy. I am always so touched by the kind people here at Northpoint. We can really pull together to help a family in need.
Today in Language Arts we took the usual assessments, had Vocabulary Vine, completed several letters in our handwriting book, and listened to our read aloud.
Homework:
***Read and record minutes. Minutes for the month of December will be counted some time next week.
In Math we wrapped up some loose ends and worked on the CRT. Next week time will be spent in reviewing and measuring different angles. We will be using both a half and circle protractor.
Homework:
***None
In Social Studies the students worked on their time lines. I would like for these time lines to be a class project and not homework. We will give some class time on Monday to finish them up and we will review by playing a game on Tuesday. Tuesday is also the last day of this rotation.
Homework:
***None
Until Monday...
