A cold Tuesday...
Language Arts:
Today in Language Arts we reviewed our writing reflection for Chapter 1, discussed our comprehension questions, and listened to our next chapter. It was fun to watch the students answer the questions in detail and being able to site specific examples of some of our RIT vocabulary. We also switched for Vocabulary Vine.

Today in math we completed our minute, graded our homework, and worked on finding the LCM and GCF by using prime factorization. During our lesson, we explored the concept of rates.

Today we started chapter 6. This chapter takes us on a bus and boat tour of the Southeast Region of the United States. During class today we completed a writing assignment during our preview and worked with a partner to find specific geography questions .
