Sorry about not blogging these past two days. I had some computer issues at home.
Language Arts:
Today in class we worked on possessives during our grammar time. This is still a skill that is a bit confusing to some! During reading, we discussed personification while reading a legend. This went really well. Next, Mr. Kistler played a vocabulary and RIT review game with the students to get them ready for their RIT quiz tomorrow. I guess I never really knew how competitive our class was. Wow! Finally, we were off to reading buddies and then to Vocabulary Vine.
Homework:
*** Weekly homework packet is due tomorrow.
***Creative Writing is due
***Keep plugging away on your reading project. It is due on Dec. 16th and should show nine weeks worth of effort.
***Study for your RIT words.

Math:
Today we worked in the computer lab doing Odyssey and then came back to class to work on a practice test for our upcoming Unit 5 test tomorrow. We will go over the practice test tomorrow before starting the actual test.
Homework:
***Unit 5 test is tomorrow. Complete the practice test.
***Anytime that you have a minute, please work on Odyssey at home. It helps!

Social Studies: We had D.A.R.E. today. We are just about finished with this great program. Our graduation date is tentatively set for December 1 at 9:00. More details to come.
