11/29/11

It is getting cold outside! Please be sure to wear coats to school.

Language Arts:
Today we continued on with our novel study. We read and discussed chapters 25-28. The topic of our conversation was how the author used personification in order to paint a picture of the story as well as the connection(allusion) between Grayson and The Little Engine that Could.

In grammar we continued with plural possessive nouns and completed a page in our workbook.

Today we went over our Chapter 5 tests together and then jumped into Chapter 6. This chapter we are talking about settlements and colonies in the New World.
