Just one more day of testing!
Language Arts was packed full today. We completed our Session 2 portion of the English/Language Arts test which took 60 minutes. We then took a break and went to the computer lab to work on Study Island. When we returned we had time to review our chapter organizer for chapters 1 and 2, read chapters 3 and 4, and discussed literary elements. Class time was given for the students to write down their literary elements on their charts.

***Today was the last day to take AR tests! Please continue to read independently at home, though.
***We will be in Language Arts groups all day tomorrow as we finish the last of the ISTEP+ tests.

Math: We worked on computation, practiced finding the volume of a cylinder, and discussed finding the volume of a cone and pyramid.
Homework:
***We will not have math tomorrow due to testing. No written homeworkwas assigned tonight because of ISTEP.
***Pages 390,391,394, and 395 are due on Friday.(Class time was given to complete these pages.
