A great start to the week!
Today in Language Arts we spent time writing poetry, color-coding a writing piece, and reviewing skills. We are going to take a break from our basal this week and focus on reviewing skills and adding different pieces of writing to our collection.

***Friday is the last day of the month. Be sure to read and record your nightly reading minutes on the calendar in your planner.

***We still need volunteers tomorrow morning at 8:00 to turn our ELA into an ice cream parlor. If you can show up- even for a short time, we would appreciate your help!

In Math we completed minute 99,(We are almost finished!) worked on computation on white boards, and spent the rest of the class working on a practice test for the Unit 8 test tomorrow. Be sure to review it for the test. They are very similar.

In Social Studies we reviewed The French and Indian War again, discussed our study guide and worked on a page in our practice book.

***Study for the short quiz over Lesson 1- The study guide is a great thing to study.
***Practice book page is homework if it was not completed during class time.
