Another cold day... Will we make it until Spring?
Today in Language Arts we continued working on subject and object pronouns. We completed a worksheet together in class and reviewed a transparency from yesterday. This is the skill that will be tested on Friday. During our poetry time we shared our Quatrains and reviewed our vocabulary.
Homework:
***Fluency and Flow- due Friday
***Spelling words written 2x each in cursive- due Friday
***Handwriting cursive packet- due Friday(This is a review of letter formation and should not take very long to complete.)
***Reading projects are due on March 6th
***Read and record minutes on the calendar in the planner. Minutes were counted today and some students are NOT reading the required number of minutes!(20-30 minutes every night)

In Math we completed a review test covering Unit 7 skills. Our test tomorrow will be very much like the practice test.

During our content time we presented the last of our Science Fair projects. I was very proud of how well the students were able to explain the scientific process! Please remember that the Science Expo is tomorrow from 3:00-5:00. All projects need to be picked between 3:00-5:00.
Reminder:
Ms. Grannan's homeroom class will have a quiz over Chapter 5- Lesson 1 tomorrow. They should use their study guide to review for the quiz.
