What a great first week!
I am so happy to say that we survived the first week of school and things are now running smoothly. We had our first day of switching classes today and the students moved from teacher to teacher without any trouble. I am looking forward to starting our actual curriculum next week. The kids seem anxious too!
Please remember to continue signing planners every evening. You should also record the number of minutes your child reads each night as well. The goal for each fourth grade student is 20-30 minutes per night.
Important: Due to an important meeting at Discovery Middle School on Wednesday evening, our Parent Information Night time has been changed to 5:00. This meeting should last until 6:00. I look forward to meeting with all of you at this time.
