Language Arts:
Today was a busy morning. We discussed our literary finds from Chapter 3 and discussed the comprehension questions as well. Since this took quite a bit of time and we had double specials, I gave the students time to read chapter 4 independently and start their comprehension questions.

Math:
Today we spent 1/2 an hour in the computer lab working on Study Island Math. We also went over our homework and started our lesson on reading graphs and tables. It looks as though our test will be next Tuesday covering algebraic equations, spreadsheets, finding the mean, area/perimeter formulas, LCM,GCF,adding positive and negative numbers, and tables and graphs.
