We made it through another day!
***Science Fair proposals were handed back today and checked by Miss Grannan. Please be sure to stick to your question that was approved. If you need to change experiments, please contact me.
During our Language Arts block we discussed our next reading project. Your child has a handout that describes in detail what we will be doing. This one should be fun for all! The students will be creating games based on the book that they read. Please be sure that they follow the guidelines so that anyone can play the game even if they have not read the book. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
We spent the remainder of our Language Arts time working on center activities. The children had time to rotate through only on rotation. They had a choice between an art activity based on the story, a homophone hunt or independent reading. These activities will be continued tomorrow.

Today in Math we completed our minute, worked on computation on white boards, and measured angles.

In Social Studies we discussed lesson 2 and filled out our study guide. The remainder of the class was spent doing presentations and creating our story boards for lesson 2.
