It was a Freezing Friday!
Today in Language Arts, we completed ISTEP prep, took all of our assessments, reviewed poetry terms, and worked on rhyming schemes and writing a Quatrain.

In Math we worked on our minute, computation skills on the white boards, and adding positive and negative numbers using counters and writing number models.
Homework:
None- As of right now, I am planning on having our Unit 7 test on Wednesday. We will review all the skills together with a practice test on Tuesday.

In Social Studies we reviewed Lesson 1- The Search for the Northwest Passage. We reviewed the study guide and notes together.
Homework:
***Our Lesson 1 quiz will be on Wednesday, February 4th. It will cover the study guide and the "You Should Know" facts.
***We will not be having content next Monday or Tuesday due to Science Fair presentations.
We will remind the students about their quiz again on Monday.
