Language Arts:
Today was a busy day. We worked on run-on sentences, handwriting, vocabulary, RIT words, listened to our read a loud, switched to Vocabulary Vine, and met with our second grade reading buddies. Wow! What a lot to accomplish in one short morning!

Have your ever thought about what the area of your skin is? Well, that is what we figured out today! We had a good time trying to figure out the area of our hands as well as estimate the area of our bodies. We also worked on scale drawings.
